Silver Sixpence's New Line - Skirts for Brides!!

There has been a flurry of paper patterns, thread and fabrics recently as I put together a very exciting new line for Silver Sixpence.  Skirts!!!  Yes I know the idea of separates for a bride is nothing new, although in the past it's still been an overall gown, just with a separate corset bodice generally over a skirt.

Now this is something really different.... just plain and simple skirts that as you can see can be teamed up with cute basic tshirt style tops and can then be accessorised to the absolute max!

Betty - a tea length full skirt with soft pleats on the front and back.  Made from dupion silk (shown in Pearl colour) with a stunning diamante and pearl look brooch on the waist band.
Shown with full petticoat which is for sale separately.

Dahlia - this floor length gathered skirt is a one of a kind!! This stunning pink and blue embroidered hydrangea silk fabric is discontinued.  This skirt is made in a size 10 and comes with the pink dupion silk sash.  Shown with petticoat underneath which is for sale separately.
Skirt is available in other fabrics and can be made to order in any size.

Oscars - inspired by our 1954 Oscars design is this half circle tea length skirt.  Gold and cream lace over cream dupion silk.  Shown with petticoat underneath which is for sale separately.  Belt shown in cream dupion with cream organza overlay is also available separately.

Prudence - this darling little knee length skirt is made in a white eyelet cotton and has box pleat detail around the waist.  Shown with red beaded bow sash which is for sale separately.

Rita - chic and sophisticated knee length straight skirt.  Lace over duchess silk satin with a matching 2" wide duchess silk belt. This soft lace fabric is in very limited quantities and is in ivory only.
