Recently there has been a big shift towards fun alternatives to fresh floral bouquets for brides and their bridal party. Sure there is always something special about having a lovely fresh posy of flowers to hold but they can be quite costly, a lot of flowers are seasonal and you can't keep it forever.
Among other ideas such as button bouquets, brooch bouquets, fabric flower bouquets (like the style that I create via Silver Sixpence), one of the cute alternatives is holding a vintage inspired fan. I have put together a little collection of various fan ideas including lovely lace fans, natural bamboo, feather and even with a few flowers.
